The Fulbright Roving Scholar program brings American teachers to Norway to travel all over the country giving presentations for teachers and students in lower and upper secondary schools.
Unique among Fulbright grant opportunities around the world, the Roving Scholar program is one of the Norwegian Fulbright program’s crown jewels. Teachers, professors of elementary education, and others with relevant education and experience are encouraged to apply. The application deadline is September 15th. The Fulbright Alumni Association of Norway invites nominations for the Fulbright Norway Article of the Year award and for the Fulbright Norway Young Researcher award.

The U.S.- Norway Fulbright Foundation for Educational Exchange is a bi-national foundation with a Board of Directors composed of four American and four Norwegian members. Governments of both nations support the program with annual allocations of funds.
