The Roving Scholar program brings American teachers to Norway to travel all over the country giving presentations for teachers and students in lower and upper secondary schools. Thanks to a generous support from the Norwegian Ministry of Education and Research, Roving Scholars can offer their services to schools free of charge.
The U.S.- Norway Fulbright Foundation for Educational Exchange is a bi-national foundation with a Board of Directors composed of four American and four Norwegian members. Governments of both nations support the program with annual allocations of funds.
